Our Story

Seth & Andrea Kravitz

Owners

The Cardinal was founded in 2023 and is run by Seth Kravitz and his wife Andrea Kravitz.

A Richmond Native, Seth began his DJ career over 10 years ago.

Continuing his passion for making moments matter and events come to life, he launched Rhythm of Love on January 1st, 2018. Since then, ROL has grown into one of the top rated Wedding DJ Companies in Virginia

Seth prides himself on his passion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Andrea is the founder of Richmond Photo Booth and has been a part of hundreds of events over her many years in the industry and knows what it takes to make an event truly special. 

Together, Seth and Andrea bring their unique styles and years of experience to make The Cardinal a special place to celebrate life’s biggest occasions.

Crystal Worsley

Events Manager
Crystal has over 20 years of management experience. She earned a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and she is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. As a retired Army Logistics Warrant Officer, she now enjoys the world of project management including event planning and coordination.
Her critical thinking and attention to detail skills makes her the perfect fit for any milestone organizing. She has a deep passion for celebratory events that brings people together. In her spare time, she finds creative ways for her friends and family to get together and have fun. She enjoys cooking, playing golf, and attending sporting events.

Joseph & Rob

In-House Planners

Crystal has over 20 years of management experience.
